Gymholics Training Academy Hosts Stress Management Workshop
Karachi: Gymholics Training Academy, in collaboration with Tabba Heart Institute, organized a highly informative workshop on stress management on Sunday, 16th February 2025, at the Tabba Heart Institute auditorium.
The session was conducted by Dr. Farzana Amir, while Danish Mianoor, CEO and Founder of Gymholics, supervised the event.
The workshop was attended by distinguished guests, including Rehan Hashmi, former Member of the National Assembly, Asrarul Hassan Abdi, President of the Pakistan Sports Education and Cultural Council, Kashif Mianoor, Chairman of Gymholics and Sally’s, and GM of Yokohama Pakistan.
The workshop aimed to educate participants on effective stress management techniques and promote overall well-being.
